Dr. Jim gave me exercises to do at home. When doing on of the exercises I felt and heard a cracking sound in my lower back. When I finished I got up from the bed and It did not hurt to walk. My broken back was healed. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. I have been attending Restoration Health for nearly 18 months (except for 2 months healing from brain surgery), and intend to continue for a long time.W T.
